This product has been in a climate controlled stock room since either 1983 or 1993. The copyright date is printed on the sealed, never opened package. It includes 4 12” printed cutouts, 4 7” tissue bells, & 1 14” HNY sign. We have been a distributor for the Beistle company since the 1920’s, therefore we have stock of many actual vintage “like new” Beistle products that have never been sold on a retail basis. Perfect for collectors or for those wanting to throw a retro theme party.
