Shipping Information: Getting Your Goodies to You!
We hustle to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Here’s how it works:
Order Processing: After you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your package for shipment. We’re lightning-fast!
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote areas).
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Cost: FREE!
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: These times are estimates and can sometimes be affected by factors outside our control, like customs processing. But don’t worry, we’ll get it to you!
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy: Making It Right!
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If something isn’t quite perfect, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process for most items.
Our Policy At a Glance:
- Return/Exchange Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Due to the nature of our festive goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items for health, safety, and hygiene reasons. Please choose these items carefully!
- Beads (All types, due to potential handling)
- Bar and Glassware (For health safety reasons)
- Candy Bowls and Holders (If used with food items)
- Body Parts (Costume prosthetics and similar items)
- Any item where the original packaging has been opened or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Just follow these simple steps to get the process started:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our friendly support team at [email protected]. Use the template below to make sure you give us all the info we need to help you quickly!
- Wait for Instructions: We will email you within 1-2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to ship your item. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Ship It Back: Carefully pack the unused, resalable item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip. Ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back with us.
- Let Us Handle the Rest: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange or refund!

Refunds: When and How
- Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your refund after we have received and approved your returned item.
- Issuing the Refund: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Bank Processing: While we process it quickly, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to officially post to your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
- Original Shipping Costs: The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship out your new item as soon as we process the return. Standard or free shipping charges will apply to the new shipment.
