At Caufield’s, we’re all about making your events unforgettable with our unique and festive merchandise. We’ve created these terms to be straightforward and friendly, just like our shipping policy!

Caufield’s Novelty Sales is your go-to destination for unique party supplies and celebration merchandise, including:

• Party supplies (Beads, Bar and Glassware, Candy Bowls and Holders)

When creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to:

Placing Orders: When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Pricing: All prices are in US Dollars. While we try to ensure all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing, we will contact you before processing your order.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you’re authorized to use the payment method.

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This represents our acceptance of your order and forms a contract between us.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement.

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Shipping Areas: We ship globally except to Asia and some remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Shipping Risks: The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase! Here’s our policy:

Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your item.

Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• All types of beads (due to potential handling)
• Bar and Glassware (for health safety reasons)
• Candy Bowls and Holders (if used with food items)
• Body Parts (costume prosthetics and similar items)
• Any item where the original packaging has been opened or damaged

Process: To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for our Returns Authorization Number and instructions
3. Ship the item back with a copy of your order confirmation
4. Use a trackable method as you’re responsible until it reaches us

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1-2 business days after we receive and approve your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

You retain rights to any content you submit to us (like reviews), but you grant us a license to use, display, and modify that content.
